The procurement team integrates technical and commercial activities, including market screening, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, technology assessment, financial analysis, tendering, contracting, risk management, and participates in
mergers and acquisitions, while also having the role of the technical centre of excellence to ensure optimal project outcomes.
After the permits are in place, team is engaged in planning, designing, and constructing infrastructure for renewable energy production.
Commercial analysis of energy storage assets as well as electricity trading opportunities.
Resource Assessment evaluates the renewable energy potential of project sites, conducting assessments of wind, solar, hydro, or other resources.
The Business Development division identifies new opportunities for renewable energy projects, establishes strategic partnerships, and negotiates contracts with clients and stakeholders.
Responsible for managing the company's brand image and reputation through effective branding and communication strategies.
Commercial Operations manages the day-to-day business activities related to renewable energy projects, including contract management, revenue optimization, customer relationship management and financial modeling.
This division handles financial management, budgeting, and accounting for renewable energy projects.
IT manages the company's technological infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity, as a holistic analysis of processes and managing its efficiency.
This division handles legal matters, regulatory compliance, permits, contracts, and risk management for renewable energy projects.
HR is engaged in the development and organization of human potential through managing recruitment processes, employee development, organizational development, benefits, and empowerment.
